We lay on a mean pig or lamb roast! Feeding from 40 to 1,000 people, this is a brilliant way to cater for a variety of occasions, from weddings and birthdays to staff parties and college balls.

We offer the following options:

Lamb Roast

The lamb roast ideally caters for 40 people but can easily feed 60 if required. Our chef will arrive 4 hours before service, cooking time is around 3 hours, and guests then have the lamb carved directly onto their plates.

Price: 595+VAT for 40 people or 635+VAT for 40-60 people.

Includes: A chef to cook and carve, bread rolls, mint sauce, disposable plates and cutlery, napkins, a gazebo, two 6ft trestle tables, delivery and collection.

Required: Access to a domestic 13 amp plug.

Pig Roast

The pig roast caters ideally for 100-120 people but can cater for up to 400. Our chef will arrive 7 hours before service, cooking time is around 6 hours, and the pork is then carved directly onto the plate.

Price: 595+VAT for 100-120 people or 650+VAT for 120-150 people. If you wish to cater for more than 150 people, please call us to discuss your options.

Pork Roast

This is the most popular roast we do. Although initially the Pig Roast looks more impressive, we believe that the Pork Roast gives the best results. The main difference is that the pork is all white meat, which people tend to prefer.

We cook 3 large pork legs on the spit machine. When you're cooking a whole pig, some parts cook quicker and may therefore become dry, but the cooking time for all 3 pork joints is exactly the same, plus you get more crackling on a pork leg (and who doesn't love crackling?).

The ideal number for a Pork Roast is 80-100 people but we can cater for up to 400 if required. Our chef will arrive 6 hours before service, cooking time is around 4.5 hours, and guests then have the pork carved directly onto their plates.

Combo Roast

The 'combo' includes beef, pork and turkey on the spit. It caters for up to 80 people and is ideal if you want to offer a variety of meats.

Price: 595+VAT for 80 people.

Important information:

Meatmaster is unable to hire out a pig roast machine on its own. During cooking and carving the roasting machine is very hot. Every precaution is taken to avoid accidents but children must be supervised while in the vicinity of the machine.
